Do we need to provide our own artwork or designs?  
We can either work with your art or logo, or we can work with you to help create a new design if you prefer.   (Custom  designs are subject to a design fee )  
 
Can I order a single item or is there a minimum requirement? 
Every job is unique and while we do not require minimum orders, there is a great cost savings when ordering higher quantities.  It is best to inquire with us and we will do our best to find you the right product to work within your budget.
How do I get started? 
This is a great question and  the one we probably are asked the most, but don't worry it's really easy.    Getting started basically consists  of reaching out to us, either by email,  messenger, social media or  by  phone (yes we still have phones :)  .   That's probably the hardest step you'll  have in the entire process.  From there we will work with you and your design (if you have one  but if you don't , not to worry we can help design one   :)   to get started.   Once   you have   a design ,  we'll  create  mock ups   where the design is placed on the  apparel of your choosing so you  can see what it will actually look like before placing the order.   If everything looks good,   we'll move the  order  into production , but if you are still not happy with the way things look, no worries, we'll revise  the mock up after making changes and try again until we   achieve  what you want!   
How much does a shirt cost? 
Pricing for our custom apparel varies.   For   example a  100%  cotton   tee with a single  color left chest logo   would cost less than   a   high   end   shirt   with   a   full   color  front  /back  design.   The   actual cost   depends on the garment and   artwork.     We will   always  provide you with a estimate of cost    prior to any work  based on your requirements and artwork. Custom designs by us also could increase the cost of the shirt but all of that is provided to you before you even order, so there is no risk or hidden costs .   
How long do orders take to complete? 
Delivery times vary depending on a number of factors including custom work, revisions, final approvals and delivery by 3rd party carrier (which is out of our control).  Normally we say a custom order will take between 7-10    business days from start to finish with less time for designs that may not be as intricate. Once we have an understanding of what you are looking for we can provide a more accurate timeline. 
Why might some of our prices seem higher    than buying from a store?  
Great question and you are correct in that the prices may be higher in some cases but remember  Jewelz & Jemz  is a custom design offering.  Each and every design we do is custom for that order.  The designs are hand drawn using  graphic software before they are approved and cut for production.   We even take time in selecting the perfect font to go with each design to make it even more personalized.   Once the design hits the production floor and is ready to press, each design is set by hand and receives multiple pressings and various stages to assure maximum adhesion to help prevent peeling.  The final product is then quality checked and hand packed ready for shipping.   As you can see a lot goes into the process.  We like to think our prices reflect the quality workmanship and personal attention we deliver with each and every order.   If you can find the same design at a lower price in the store, by all means pick it up.  We won't be offended :)  
Why can't I get a design that is popular like the "mouse" or my "favorite sports team" 
Another really good question and one that we get asked many times over.   The fact of the matter is these designs are protected under the United States Trademark and Copyright laws and are NOT LEGALLY permitted to be duplicated for profit unless express written consent by the owner or organization is on file. We are well aware you can go to any other marketplace on the internet and find people selling these designs.  We've seen them as well and know that probably 99.9% of those selling are doing it illegally.   Many of the marketplace sites are actively working to shut down and even take legal action against businesses that participate in this activity.   We know we turn away a lot of business by not participating in this however we also know we run our business above the bar at all time with honesty and integrity.  We wouldn't want someone duplicating one of our designs after we've spent hours and hours creating it and we think everyone should be given the same respect.  If we loose business because we are honest and ethical then so be it.  
Returns and Refunds 
We will gladly accept the return of non custom ordered products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.  Custom order sales are final and are nonrefundable. Abuse and misuse of any product, including violation of care and usage instructions of clothing products, will not be refunded. Returns must be in new (unused/unwashed/unworn) condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs of any returned items. To be valid, all returned items must have a return authorization number issued by Jewelz & Jemz Custom Designs LLC.  For non-custom items, there is a $10.00 re-stocking fee per time for all merchandise returns. There is a maximum of 2 item exchanges per order. All returned merchandise must be unworn and in re-saleable condition to qualify for a return. All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from receipt of the products. Due to hygiene issues, certain items may  not returnable. (Please inquiry ahead of ordering). Return shipping charges are not refundable.
